Healing Shouldn’t Be a Luxury

Help Make Trauma Recovery Accessible for Everyone Who Needs It Most

Meet Mindy

I’m Mindy—a trauma-informed intuitive healer with over 20 years of community service, spiritual healing work, and a lived experience of recovering from complex trauma. My practice was born from necessity, not trend. I know what it’s like to be unheard by traditional systems. I know what it means to heal outside the box—and I’ve helped hundreds of others do the same.

Now I need your help to expand access to this vital work.

The Problem

Too many people are suffering in silence:

  • Survivors of abuse and neglect

  • Queer and trans youth pushed to the margins

  • Immigrant families and allies traumatized by ICE raids

  • People misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or priced out of healing

  • Anyone carrying trauma that doesn’t show up on paper but lives in the body

Our systems weren’t built to hold them. But I’ve spent my life building something that can.

Access for All

I’m reorganizing my healing practice so that anyone—regardless of background or income—can receive deep, intuitive, somatic healing.

Your support will help me:
Provide sliding-scale and free sessions for trauma survivors
Offer trauma pop-up response for ICE-impacted families and protestors

Rebuild my infrastructure to serve more Spanish-speaking clients
Fund time to create visual storytelling + outreach to get the word out

Partner with nonprofits and youth orgs that need healing presence on staff

Why This Work Matters

My story began in 1997 on the Turtle Mountain Reservation, working alongside Ojibwe elders who taught me what community healing really means. Years later, after enduring unrecognized extreme trauma myself, I experienced a life threatening illness that took a year to heal.  It wasn’t until I was referred to an intuitive healer that I began to recover—physically, emotionally, spiritually.

That healing changed me. I now offer that same transformative care to others. For over a decade, I’ve worked with survivors of child abuse, queer youth, immigrants, and people who’ve run out of options. And still—I turn people away who can’t pay.

This campaign changes that.

How You Can Help

With your donation, you’re not just supporting me. You’re supporting the people our systems forget. You’re helping someone who’s afraid to eat, to trust, or to exist—finally find their way home to themselves.

  • $25 helps subsidize a trauma-informed session

  • $50 covers supplies & outreach

  • $100+ helps me devote full days to trauma pop-ups or nonprofit partnerships

  • $500 helps build a visual storytelling campaign to reach those silently suffering

No gift is too small. Every share matters.

Where This Happens

I’m based in Portland, OR, serving clients both in person and virtually. My healing bags are packed and ready to travel when communities call. With your help, I’ll be exactly where I’m needed most—whether it’s a family in crisis, a trans youth center, or an ICE-traumatized community in need of rapid care.

Why Now

This work can’t wait.
ICE raids are happening now. Queer kids are struggling now. Survivors are breaking in places no one can see. I have the tools. I have the training. I have the calling.

With your help, I’ll have the capacity.
